Live Bird Arrival Guarantee (No Exceptions).- We will replace, store credit, or money value can be used on any product we offer. There are no refunds on deceased chicks. All replacement chicks are a one time shipment at no additional cost to the customer. (NO FREE CHICKS WILL BE REPLACED). However, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping box and heat pack. Total cost for box and heat pack is $10.00 for chicks and 20.00 for starters, this is charged on all replacement orders and has to be paid before reshipment is done. We reship all orders priority free of charge but can be upgraded to express at customer expense after box charge is paid. When picking up chicks at post office pictures have to be made there of any deceased chicks/starter birds. These pictures also need to be validated by a postal worker and sent to us the day of pick up. Failure to do so will void your live bird arrival guarantee. USPS insurance does not cover deceased chicks/starter birds. Shipping cost only is covered, only if the package takes more than 3 days to arrive. Although the package is insured, 99.9% of the time we replace at our expense. Replacement orders will be sent as soon as chicks/starter birds are available. No immediate guarantee reship. We take the utmost care to make sure your chicks arrive safe and healthy. We use the best packaging, chicks travel with hydro-feed gel. This is a gel we make here at the farm that is high protein and high water content. This insures that our chicks/starter birds have food and water as they travel to there new home. All orders are filled in order as received, and availability of chicks.
Cancellations/International orders:
All orders canceled will be charged a 15% fee of total invoice of chicks or birds less shipping. This is due to the handling of order/ farm operations . International orders are shipped with no refund after shipment is made. There is no guarantee of arrival due to customs and other factors out of our control.
