People have been trying to sex chicks for many years with little luck. There are many techniques such as vent sexing, feather sexing, auto sexing to name a few. We are going to give you some basic information that will help you in learning how to sex your chicks.

We have been using this for many years. On day three take a close look at your chicks. At this time the chicks will begin to grow tail and wing feathers. We have found that most of the chicks that start growing wing and tail feathers first are females.
